-Cost is $265 plus HST for the 9 weeks OR $35.00 for a drop in.
-Class runs from 11am to 12:30pm or 1pm to 2:30pm
-All skill levels welcome for either session
Class example:
15mins - Active warmup, soccer based strength & fitness
20mins - Technical - First touch, dribbling, passing, 1v1
15mins - Shooting - Drills
15mins - SSG - Transitions, Positional awareness
25mins - Game
