Class runs every Saturday from 12:45pm to 2:15pm.
Participants are expected to know the basics of dribbling, passing and shooting.
Class example: 15mins - Active warmup, soccer based strength & fitness 15mins - Technical - first touch, volley, ball control 20mins - Drills - dribbling, passing, shooting, combinations 20mins - SSG - transitions, positional awareness 20mins - Scrimmage game |
